从月光博客那里得知以下信息：

今天下午消息，新网今天对多个知名网站，包括知名社交网站51.com、知名IT资讯平台it168.com、知名博客托管服务blogbus.com的域名进行锁定，停止其域名解析，新网称上述网站含有淫秽色情等非法信息。


当然，那是昨天下午的消息，昨天晚上我看到这个消息后，就去尝试登录被锁定了域名的 51.com、it168.com 和 Blogbus.com，结果发现这三个网站都可以正常访问，并且博客大巴当天就此事发表了网站无法登录的情况说明：

亲爱的BlogBus用户：

　　由于域名解析服务出现问题，导致博客大巴（BlogBus.com）首页无法访问、用户后台无法登录。经过和多方协调，目前已经全部恢复正常。给大家使用上带来的不便，敬请谅解！

　　同时，我们再次提醒博客大巴用户，请遵守互联网法律法规，不要在博客中发布违法内容。对于违规的内容，我们一旦查出一律做删除处理（例如色情类、政治类敏感言论、网赚刷站类）。

　　欢迎大家积极举报（可通过邮件、站内短消息）含有不法内容的博客，及时发现和维护我们大家共同的blog空间。

　　祝大家新的一年万事如意！

从博客大巴的说明里，我得出了以下几个结论：

1、不知道是新网通知博客大巴，还是博客大巴去询问新网，但可以确定的是，博客大巴是在它的域名被"锁定" 之后才知道自己的网站有"违法内容"。

2、如果是新网通知博客大巴，那也是新网先把博客大巴的域名"锁定"了之后，才告诉博客大巴，说它的网站有违法内容。

3、博客大巴对新网的行为就算敢怒也不敢言，但是对它的用户却采用新网对待自己的手段——"一旦查出一律做删除处理"，先删除然后再处理。

我不晓得博客大巴的免费用户和博客大巴之间在法律上是什么关系，不过既然博客大巴可以删除你的东西，那么你对博客大巴来讲就是屁民，就好象博客大巴对新网来讲就是屁民一样，而新网对有关部门来讲也是屁民，有关部门又是谁的屁民呢？或许是上帝的吧。总之，没有行文没有准则没有协商，一级屁民随意糟蹋下一级屁民，糟蹋完了才告诉你原来是一级屁民的上一级屁民要糟蹋下一级屁民。

BlueHost Review by AlreadyHosting

I am begging you are tired if you have used Chinese web hosting, since there is no sense of security, your website will be closed anytime even without any notice, which was really happened to me before.

So I moved my blog to a foreign web hosting, which was brought from Hugege, who was famous for his funny blog kisshi.com. But I still keep the domestic web hosting, in case some day I have to move back.

There are many foreign web hosts out there, and I think any of them is better (at least safer) than our mainland web hosts. Among those famous foreign web hosts, BlueHost is a nice one, although I have never used it, AlreadyHosting.com has published a detailed Bluehost review, from which you can find out that BlueHost was ranked #2 on their list of the top 10 web hosting providers.

For a blog, the most important features for a web hosting I think are the speed, the uptime, the bandwidth and the price. According to Alreadyhosting’s review, BlueHost has high uptime, unlimited bandwidth and cheap prices ($3.95 per month for a 24 months buy), but I haven’t found the review of its speed. Have you ever used BluedHost? If yes, how do you think of it?
